Benefits
At GTO, hiring and retaining outstanding
employees is fundamental to our success and we understand the value and
talents you bring to us and offer you a competitive benefits program to
enhance your experience as an employee. The following is a synopsis of
benefits plan in effect on May 1, 2009. Plans and benefits are subject to
change annually prior to open enrollment.
- Medical: GTO pays 86% of the employee’s
premium cost. The provider is BlueCross BlueShield with plan participation
in the premium Blue Options Plan 3748 with Blue Script Pharmacy Benefits.
- Dental: GTO provides two Dental Plan options
with the provider Assurant Benefits. GTO pays 100% of employee premium cost
for plan and 60% of employee premium cost for plan 2. Plans provide
routine care, basic and major services.
- Term Life Insurance with Accidental Death and
Dismemberment (AD&D): GTO employees are provided term life coverage in the
amount of salary up to $50,000 at no cost to you. Employees may chose to
purchase additional dependent life and short term disability insurance at
competitive rates.
- 401(K) Plan: Available after 6 months of
employment. Company match amount is provided on an annual designated basis.

Holidays: GTO currently provides 9 paid holidays annually. Holidays are published in the annual calendar.
- Vacation, Sick and Personal leave accrual: GTO
provides an escalating scale accrual of Vacation Leave ranging from 2 -4
weeks per year based on years of service. Sick leave is accrued at a rate of
4 hours per month and two personal leave days are awarded annually.
